We are just HOURS away from Opening Day to our FOURTH season of the TaSH and we have such an exciting day and season ahead! We are thrilled to be welcoming back many beloved vendors from last season and are excited to introduce a variety of new additions. Join us from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm  tomorrow and come ready to shop from ~30 vendors, picnic in the park, and rock out to an incredible line-up of musical talent! We also invite you to join us on the Village Green at 11:00 am for our Opening Day celebration - complete with complimentary treats!

Here's a taste of what you'll find tomorrow and this season ahead...

Tomorrow's temps call for HOT and SUNNY weather - a perfect kickoff to Memorial Day weekend. To quench your thirst, grab a (vegan!) ready-to-drink chai from Samosa Shack or a cool, hand-crafted Kombucha from Blessed Brewery, who will now join us every other week this season!

Head over to JD Farms to start stocking up for your Memorial Day cookout and while you're there, have a taste of Lou's *new* made-to-order brioche egg sandwiches with his own farm-fresh eggs and breakfast meats! They are part of his new expanded offering of prepared foods at the market this season!

Looking for some delicious items to add to your weekend BBQ? Grab some sides and condiments from new vendors including pickled veggies from DACHA Live-Cultured Veggies and spicy homemade horseradish from Holy Schmitt's. Stock up on locally-made BBQ sauce from new vendor, MOMO Dressing, and snag a variety of spices and seasonings from WillYum Spice.

For dessert, indulge in some of Meredith's Bakery's awesome pies or pick up a specialty homemade french cake called
"Altitude 3396" from J'adore Bakery - an orange soft cake made with honey and a heart of homemade orange confit, native to Chamonix, France.

It's no secret that we had a rough spring full of cold and wet weather days. Our produce vendors have been working 'round the clock to rush spring veggies and, in reality, some crops are still a couple weeks behind schedule. That said, we'll have FIVE recurring produce farmers joining us for the season including returning vendors Fishkill Farms, Mead Orchards, Mobius Farms and new additions Orchard Hill Organics and Peace and Carrots Farm.  (Peace and Carrots Farm will start June 2 and Fishkill Farms will start on June 9).

On Opening Day look out items such as lettuce, herbs, radishes, turnips, spinach, apples, rhubarb and some of the first strawberries of spring! In the weeks ahead, you'll get a chance to shop for rarely-seen and unique seasonal crops not commonly found including items like currants, gooseberries, pawpaws and chickpeas picked at the green stage!

Coming Soon! You may have noticed on social media that we're excited to welcome a brand new fish vendor this season, Hudson Valley Seafood. They are a sustainable fishmonger that's been in the business 35+ years. They will join us as a weekly recurring vendor along with Peace and Carrots farm starting next Saturday, June 2. Curious to know who else is in the line-up for tomorrow and the season ahead? Check out our vendor map for more details!
