Happy (almost) first day of Fall! As the temperatures start to dip, we've got a variety of autumn staples ready for your week ahead!

Look for our NEW vendor Wil-Hi Farm offering locally-raised lamb, wool products and goat's milk soap!

If you missed our newest vineyard a couple weeks back, be sure to try the Albarino from Fjord Vineyards. It pairs very well with fish so ask Hudson Valley Seafood what's they recommend this week!

J’Adore Baking has a fix (or two or three) for your sweet tooth. Try the Ears Elephants, made entirely by hand. Or, snag one of the very limited quantity of Viennois Cookies, which are perfect with a cup of coffee from Xquisite Coffee

DiRiso Risotto Balls returns this week (hooray!)  Stock up on their delicious lasagna and grab some fresh, homemade mozzarella to pair with some of summer's last crops of tomatoes. Their pesto lasagna paired with a fresh salad is perfect for an easy weeknight meal.

Wondering what to do with the kids at the market this week? Visit the Neighborhood House to learn about their upcoming Collaborative Community Arts program while crafting!
AND Rebecca Tomas will be visiting with A Palo Seco Flamenco company to give you a TASTE of Spanish Culture, Flamenco Music & Dance during Hispanic Heritage Month. You will be able to try on a Flamenco costume, learn some basic Flamenco moves & Rhythms, listen to Flamenco music samples, and peruse books about Spain, Flamenco, and the Mediterranean.

Did you know:
Until about 1500, autumn was just called “harvest.”  The full moon closest to the autumn equinox is known as a harvest moon. Before cities electrified, the bright night of the harvest moon was essential for farmers harvesting their late-year crops. This year's Harvest Moon shines on the evening of Monday, Sept. 24.
